  9. Installation
  10. ============
  11.  
  12. 1) Make a backup copy of all *.MDB and *.LDB files -- the install program
  13.    should NOT overwrite any database files, but it is always a good idea
  14.    to be safe.
  15.  
  16. 2) FULL INSTALL
  17.    ============
  18.  
  19.    Run 'SETUP.EXE' -- that's it!
  20.  
  21.    LITE UPDATE 
  22.    ===========

  24.    Extract Files to your 'Loki Diary' directory.
  25.  
  26.    All DLL, VBX, and OCX files need to be moved to the \windows\system
  27.    directory (if included with archive)
  28.  
  29.    If, whenn you run the program you if it says DLL, VBX, or OCX files
  30.    are needed or you get a 'run-time' error then you need to download
  31.    and install the FULL INSTALL
  32.  
  33. 3) Windows 3.x only (Windows95 and WindowsNT users skp to step 4)
  34.  
  35.    Add 'SHARE.EXE' to your Autoexec.Bat if it not already there.  This
  36.    file is not included with Loki Diary since it should come with your
  37.    Operating System and it is different for different Operating Systems.

  39. 4) Run the Program
  40.  
  41. 5) Create a new database from the 'FILE/NEW' command
  42.  
  43. In the 16-bit version the program will automatically create a INI file
  44. in the \windows directory.
  45.  
  46. In the 32-bit version the program will automatically create an entry in
  47. the registration database (you can edit this through 'regedit.exe' that
  48. comes with Windows)

  50. Use of Program
  51. ==============

  53. The program has a text box for writing in the diary.  You can click on any
  54. day on the calendar to change to a differenct day.  There are buttons to
  55. change year and month as well as to jump back to the current day.  In the text
  56. window you can click with the right button for a pop-up menu.

  66. 1) Print Preview doesn't do anything (this is a feature that will be added
